2016-17 Enrollment Forms Due

Enrollment forms were sent to accepted families in May 2016. If you need hard copies of the forms, please stop by the school office M-Th 9am to 1pm to pick up. You can also print your own as needed: https://montviewpreschool.org/school-forms/

Submit all completed forms to the office no later than July 15. These forms are required by licensing. Failure to submit paperwork may delay enrollment for your child.
