Please see below for donation amount options. You will need to enter $40 for registration, donation amount of your choice, or sponsorship amount in the donation box on the next page. Once you enter the amount and move forward to the next page, you will have the opportunity to select if you are registering to play, donating, or sponsoring the event. You will also have the opportunity to tell us which class or student you are playing for or supporting. Thank you for supporting Montview Community Preschool & Kindergarten’s Kickball Tournament!
Registration $40
Pay a $40 registration fee to play in the tournament with friends or family. Indicate the class you would like to play for on the school’s Venmo account (link and QR Code is provided at the bottom of the page). Families enrolled in the school have already had their registration fee charged to their tuition account.
Donations
Donate to a student or class to help them reach their goal for the tournament. There will be an place to indicate which class or student you would like your donation to go toward.
Sponsorship Options
Grand Slam Event Sponsor (1): $1,500
- Recognition as the premier Montview Kickball Tournament sponsor. Name/logo included on the home page of the school website as well as the kickball tournament page, all printed material and all email communication about the event to over 350 participating families.
- Name/logo displayed on Grand Slam Sponsor banner displayed at Kickball Tournament registration area (exclusive logo inclusion on this banner).
- Acknowledgement of sponsorship along with logo and business link included on Montview’s Kickball website page and in the fall newsletter.
- Thank-you shout out on school’s social media.
- Logo (large) included on main event banner and other large day-of-tournament signage.
- Opportunity to provide shwag on event day (not required).
Home Run Field Sponsor (3): $1,000
- Name/logo displayed on Home Run Field Sponsor banner displayed at Kickball Tournament field (exclusive logo inclusion on this banner). Banner will be used as a “double play” object so it will have high visibility.
- Name/logo and business link included on event emails and the event page on the school website.
- Thank-you shout out on school’s social media.
- Logo (medium) included on main event banner and large kickball bracket the day of the tournament.
- Opportunity to provide shwag on event day (not required)
Double Play Kid Zone Sponsor (1): $1,000
- Name/logo displayed on Double Play Kid Zone Sponsor banner displayed at the Kickball Tournament kid zone/play area (exclusive logo inclusion on this banner).
- Name/logo and business link included on event emails and the event page on the school website.
- Thank-you shout out on school’s social media.
- Logo (medium) included on event banner and large kickball bracket the day of the tournament.
- Opportunity to provide shwag on event day (not required).
Hydration Station (1): $500
- Name/logo displayed on Hydration Station Sponsor banner displayed at the Kickball Tournament at the hydration station (exclusive logo inclusion on this banner).
- Thank-you shout out on school’s social media.
- Logo (medium) included on event banner and large kickball bracket the day of the tournament.
- Opportunity to provide shwag on event day (not required).
VIP Outdoor (1): $500
- Name/logo displayed on VIP Outdoor Sponsor banner displayed at the Kickball Tournament parent relaxation area (exclusive logo inclusion on this banner).
- Thank-you shout out on the school’s social media.
- Logo (medium) included on event banner and large kickball bracket the day of the tournament.
- Opportunity to provide shwag on event day (not required).
Community Fan Sponsor (unlimited): $250
- Logo (small) included on event banner the day of the tournament.
- Name listed on the Kickball event page on the school website.
- Opportunity to provide shwag on event day (not required).
Montview Community Preschool & Kindergarten’s Venmo account information is provided below – please click on or simply copy and paste the school’s Venmo link to be directed to the school’s Venmo account, or use your Smart Phone’s camera to scan the QR code, where you can donate your preferred donation amount and/or sponsorship choice. Just remember to write in your donation type!
